To All Residents:

The holiday season is upon us. As always, the season creates busy and often hectic schedules for everyone in the community. We hope you are enjoying all of the holiday lighting decorations throughout Garden Oaks – please take a few minutes and go around the community to see what the residents have on display. The annual holiday decorating contest award winners will have signs posted in their yards later this month announcing which homes have won this year.

I wanted you to know that the December Board of Directors’ Meeting, scheduled for Thursday December 15th will not be held. The agenda for the meeting was very light and there were no issues up for discussion that required board action at this time. In addition, several of the directors have conflicting schedules due to various holiday related commitments which would have left the board without a quorum, thus no business could have been conducted.

The next meeting will be the Homeowners’ Annual Meeting which is scheduled for Thursday January 26, 2011, at the Palm Beach Gardens Community Center on Burns Road.
